Spread The Word

To my dearest and most dedicated followers:

As you all know my blog is about weddings and I post images, creative poems, and/or blog posts at least once a week for the enjoyment of my beloved readers and followers. However, I would love to share my ideas and knowledge with a broader circle of people and need help from all of you to do so. I would greatly appreciate if all of you would take the time to get the word out there to others about my blog via social media. In my opinion, Facebook is getting a little old if you ask me. Although I still use Facebook regularly, I am beginning to prefer Instagram instead of Facebook. Why, you may ask, well, because I am mostly concerned with seeing images of my friend and family’s recent life events rather than status updates describing them, after all, seeing is believing. Anyway, here is how we spread the word: using your smart phone, take a picture of my blogs homepage, and make sure the URL is visible in your photo. Then, upload your photo to Instagram using the caption “Follow this creative and innovative wedding blog “Happily Ever After” on WordPress.com”. If all of you would be willing to do this I would be the happiest blogger ever. Lets get the word out there to others that way not only will they be able to see my posts, but I will be receiving feedback from more sources of people and be able to cater to the needs of more and in the end benefit all my followers by posting what the majority wants to see. Lets get the word out there. Thank you, as always.

Bitly – DIY Bride and Groom Strawberry Tutorial

Hi all! So due to how much love and positive feedback I have gotten about the picture I posted of the bridge and groom chocolate dipped strawberries I decided it would be a great idea to share the link I found that explains step by step how to make these adorable little treats. Enjoy & Happy Baking!

The image that I am posting this week comes from while I was browsing through the Creative Commons Search Engine and came across this picture that happened to really catch my eye. I know I always post photos of weddings and such, so you may wonder why this particular picture caught my eye. Of course, this photo relates to my blog because it is of course, a picture of three males that appear to be a part of the wedding party. However, this particular photo of a wedding party caught my eye because of the actual photography of this photo. I really like this photo because it shows the background/ setting where the wedding is taking place, and also, I get really positive and fun vibes about the wedding from this photo because each groomsmen is holding glasses, which we can assume are filled with alcohol, and it looks like they are having a great time. According to the Fair Use Checklist, it is ok for me to post this piece of media to my blog for a number of reasons, such as it favors fair use by being used for me to comment on it and it’s a small quantity of work that I am using. In the end, I really enjoy this picture and hope you do as well.
